Six weeks into my own body recomposition, the scale went up.
Not by a lot. But enough to notice. Enough that, if I didn’t understand what was actually happening inside my body, I might have done something I’d regret. Cut calories harder. Added cardio. Told myself the plan wasn’t working.
I didn’t do any of those things. And in this week’s private episode, I walk you through exactly why, what I looked at, what I adjusted, and how I kept moving forward without panic and without losing the plot.
I’m also honest about the workouts I missed and how I handled that, because the way you respond to an imperfect week matters more than the week itself. This is the stuff that doesn’t make it into the public conversation. The real-time decisions, the mental frameworks, the unglamorous middle of a process that works if you stay in it.
This one is for you if you’ve ever let a bad week on the scale convince you that nothing is working. It isn’t always what it looks like.
