The Transformation Flywheel

I started my coaching business with $34.37 in my bank account, $70,000 in debt, eating at a food bank while the woman I loved was going through the worst of her cancer treatment and the entire world had just shut down because of a pandemic.

That was dead weight.

Not just physically, although I was not in the best shape of my life. Dead weight in every sense of the word. Zero momentum. Zero systems. Zero reason to believe that anything I was about to try would work. Every single thing about my situation needed to change, and I had no proof that I could change any of it.

I am telling you this because the framework I am about to share with you did not come from a textbook or a podcast I listened to. It came from living it. From pushing when the wheel would not move. From learning, over six years and over 1,200 clients, that the process of transforming your body follows the same pattern every single time.

I call it the Transformation Flywheel.

Imagine a massive flywheel, the kind that weighs thousands of pounds, and your only job is to get it spinning.

The first time you push, nothing happens. You lean into it with everything you have and the thing does not move. So you push again, and maybe this time there is the smallest shift, something you would miss if you were not paying attention. And you push again, and it moves another inch, and the gap between what you are putting in and what you are getting back feels so unfair that most people walk away right here. They assume something is broken. Nothing is broken. The wheel is just heavy at the beginning.

But if you stay, if you keep showing up and putting your hands on the wheel, something starts to change. The pushes start to compound. Each one builds on the one before it, and the wheel begins to carry some of its own weight. It still takes both hands. You are still working. But you can feel it now, this thing underneath you that was not there before, and that thing is momentum.

Give it enough time and enough consistency and eventually you only need one hand on the wheel. Then one day, years in, you realize that a single finger is enough to keep it turning.

That is your transformation. Every phase of it.
